1. Introduction

By enrolling a child or accessing the CPS Kids Academy website, parents and guardians agree to comply with the terms and policies outlined below. These guidelines are designed to maintain academic integrity, student safety, and institutional discipline.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of the school’s prescribed eligibility criteria.
• Parents must submit accurate, complete, and authentic documents such as Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate, and any other records required by the school.
• Any discrepancy or submission of false information may result in cancellation of admission without prior notice.

3. Code of Conduct

• Students and parents are expected to respect and uphold the values, culture, and discipline of CPS Kids Academy at all times.
• The school reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary action in cases of misconduct, indiscipline, or violation of school rules.
• Disciplinary decisions taken by the school management shall be final and binding in the best interest of the academic community.

4. Usage of School Property

Any damage to school property, including laboratories, smart boards, furniture, learning equipment, or infrastructure, caused intentionally or due to negligence by a student, shall be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. The school reserves the right to recover repair or replacement costs as deemed necessary.

5. Communication

All official communication from CPS Kids Academy will be shared through the school’s registered SMS service, official email IDs, website notices, or the student diary. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their contact details remain updated with the school at all times.
