Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy Fee Structure Fees must be paid according to the schedule provided at the start of the academic session. Late fees may attract a fine as per school norms. Refund Policy Admission Fee: The one-time admission fee is generally non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Tuition Fees: If a student withdraws mid-term, tuition fees already paid for the ongoing quarter are usually non-refundable. Caution Money: If applicable, caution money is refundable only after all school dues are cleared and a formal "No Dues" certificate is issued. Withdrawal Process To withdraw a student, a written application must be submitted to the Principal at least one month in advance. The Transfer Certificate (TC) will only be issued once all outstanding dues (fees, library books, etc.) are cleared. Canceled Admissions The school reserves the right to cancel an admission if the information provided is found to be false or if the required fees are not paid within the stipulated time.
